More than a dozen drivers will compete for the Sprint Cup Series title at the Daytona International Speedway on Sunday.
The event will mark the first race of the NASCAR Sprint Series in the United States since 2009.
This season’s event will be held on the Daytona 400-mile track and features 12 rounds.
The top two finishers in each round will compete in the championship.
NASCAR will broadcast live on the network, including on SiriusXM NASCAR Radio and NASCAR’s official YouTube channel.
The top two drivers in each of the 12 rounds will advance to the championship playoffs.
The winner of each round of the playoffs will advance further to face the winner of the championship round.
In the championship, the winner will advance all the way to the Daytona 500, which takes place March 10 at Daytona International Airport in Florida.
This is the only championship the Sprint Series has ever had.
For the second consecutive season, NASCAR will be on Sirius XM NASCAR Radio.
In 2017, NASCAR’s flagship radio network on Sirius launched on January 17 and has been the number one sport-talk channel for more than 20 years.
The NASCAR Radio app will be available on all devices for the second year in a row.
The race starts at 2:30 p.m.
ET on NBC Sports Network, with the championship race broadcast live from the Daytona Sports Park in Daytona Beach, Florida.
